Leaders are often addicted to products, but it is a process that brings real breakthroughs. I am a Certified Navigator in the Church Unique Process and the God Dreams Weekend Process. Both of these have helped thousands of churches discover God's unique vision for their unique setting and how to take practical steps toward that vision. Lead Pastor / Chaplain / Vision Navigator

I am a Lead Pastor at Cross Bridge Church in Rockledge, FL (www.crossbridgenaz.org) and a retired Air Force Chaplain. For the past 27 years, I have given my life to ministry and leadership. I am very familiar with the challenges and complexities that face churches and leadership teams. I have learned many lessons the hard way and am fortunate to have some fantastic mentors in my life. My experiences, training, and passion for helping people, teams, and churches move from where they are to where God wants them have all led me to help other churches develop vision clarity.

 

Primary Job & Education

My most important role is being a husband to my beautiful wife Melanie and a Dad to Benjamin, Ethan, Landen, and Meredith. In addition to being a certified navigator in Church Unique & God Dreams, I have a Masters of Divinity and a Bachelors Degree in Pastoral Ministry.
